My name is Dr. Tiah Asare Fahnrich, and I am the founder of Dreamweaver Autism Support. My greatest passion is helping children and adults with autism, and empowering the families who love them. I believe that every individual has unique strengths, every family has an important story, and no one should have to navigate the autism journey alone.
With more than 20 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals with diverse learning needs, particularly those with autism. I hold three professional teaching licenses and earned a Ph.D. in Literacy and Language, with research focusing on the socio-cultural perspectives of language and literacy development for students with special needs. This foundation allows me to combine evidence-based practices with compassionate, family-centered support.
As a passionate, enthusiastic, and resourceful educator, I believe meaningful progress happens when families and professionals work together as a team. I am a strategic organizer who is skilled at identifying each family's strengths, establishing individualized goals, developing practical strategies, and following through to ensure those goals are achieved. Every family deserves personalized care, encouragement, and the confidence that they are being heard, supported, and celebrated throughout their journey.
Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in early intervention, autism support, IEP development, differentiated instruction, positive behavior supports, communication development, social-emotional learning, and creating developmentally appropriate activities that foster learning, independence, and emotional growth. I am also a creative problem solver who remains calm, compassionate, and professional while helping families navigate challenges and celebrate successes.
I created Dreamweaver Autism Support because I saw a need for families to have someone come into their homes and give additional support on top of the therapies they receive at school or beyond. I am someone who not only understands autism professionally but also genuinely cares about the well-being of the entire family. My mission is to provide practical guidance, individualized coaching, educational advocacy, and compassionate support that empowers parents and helps children reach their fullest potential.
At Dreamweaver Autism Support, we believe that progress is not measured only by milestones—it is found in every new skill, every moment of connection, every challenge overcome, and every success celebrated together. My goal is to walk alongside your family, offering the extra love, guidance, encouragement, and expertise needed to help your child thrive at home, at school, and in the community.
I look forward to partnering with your family and helping you build a future filled with confidence, hope, and endless possibilities—one step at a time.
Together, we can dream, grow, and thrive.
To create a community where every family raising a child with autism feels supported, empowered, and equipped with the knowledge and confidence to help their child succeed at home, in school, and throughout lifes.
